Cheapest First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test, 3 tests

When we were trying for our first child, I took this test on a Monday, expecting my period 5 days later on Saturday, it was negative. I took it again on Friday and I had a very faint line, I didn't know what to think, had to have my husband look at it later just to make sure I wasn't crazy. After we decided we weren't seeing things and there really was a line, we didn't know if it meant positive or not. I didn't have any more tests right then, so the next morning I tested with a storebrand test and got a strong positive. I don't like how it gave me a faint line the day before I was supposed to have my period, it should have been a darker line. One thing I like is that +/- pregnancy tests tend to fade, while the First Response didn't. It has been over 3 years and you can still see the line. Bottom line, with our second child I used a storebrand test,because I didn't want to deal with faint lines or the higher prices.
