I wish this product were available 20 years ago. I have been prescribed countless antibiotics over the past 20-25 years for what my urologist said were recurrent UTI's. I started on one capsule daily since April 2009, then increased to two capsules daily in August 2009. My "UTI" symptoms gradually have disappeared. I am using this product and a mild antihistimine at bedtime.
